PUBLICATIONS
Mr. Franke has written several articles in diverse leading Dutch and international publications, including Weekly Tax Law (WFR), VAT Brief (BTW Brief), VAT Bulletin (BTW Bulletin), and International Tax Review. He was the initiator, designer, and editor of the Dutch Antilles law commentary book on ABB (general use tax), and chief editor and co-author of the annual publication Kluwer VAT Memo (BTW Memo) editions 2001–2006.
