Minnesota Department of Revenue Announces No Nexus Filing Requirement for Working from HomeThe Minnesota Department of Revenue (DOR) announced on April 14, 2020 that it will not impose a nexus filing requirement on companies with employees working from home in Minnesota. This is an update to our previous release on April 7, 2020. Minnesota now joins the District of Columbia, Indiana, Mississippi, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania as jurisdictions that will not determine nexus based on employees working from home in their state.
