This is the second year Ryan was recognized in FORTUNE’s annual list of companies that are doing the most to create an inclusive employee culture.
Great Place to Work, an independent global research and consulting firm, evaluated feedback from more than 440,000 employees on more than 50 elements rating their workplace experiences. For the purposes of assessing the results and ranking the list, “diverse” employees were anyone who identified as a minority, female, LGBTQ, disabled, or who was born in 1964 or earlier. Great Place to Work compared the experiences these employees reported to that of their colleagues, as well as the degree of representation in their organizations.
