The Nova Scotia Department of Finance has posted an HST toolkit on its website to provide retailers with additional information on the HST rate increase from 13% to 15%, effective July 1, 2010. The toolkit features high-resolution PDF signage that retailers can print and post in their stores, a checklist explaining the tax rate increase and background information on the HST.
