Scott Fowler serves as a Principal in Ryan’s Client Services practice, based in the Firm’s London office. He works closely with clients to deliver an integrated suite of tax services, coordinating across Ryan’s global practice areas to address complex, multijurisdictional tax needs. Scott focuses on building long-term client relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across geographies and tax disciplines.

With more than 25 years of experience in global tax services, Scott brings a broad international perspective shaped by professional roles in Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States. He is known for his ability to align Ryan’s technical capabilities with client objectives, providing clarity and confidence in complex tax environments. In addition to his client leadership responsibilities, Scott regularly speaks at international tax conferences on current tax issues, contributing to knowledge sharing and professional dialogue across the global tax community.
