The fund will provide capital grants for investments in the manufacture of:
Human medicines
Medical diagnostics
MedTech products
Eligible projects must have a total cost (capital and non-capital costs) of at least £8 million.
To be eligible for the fund, the source states that the company must be a:
UK registered company
Wholly private sector business
Product developer
Contract development manufacturing organisation
Generics manufacturer
The grant is designed to support manufacturing projects in the life sciences sector.

Be primarily a capital investment
Be a single company investment

Applications are assessed in quarterly rounds until all funding has been allocated.
