The OCI Digital Modernization and Adoption Plan (DMAP) program provides up to 50% reimbursement of eligible project costs, to a maximum contribution of $15,000 per business.
Funding is intended to help Ontario small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) assess their current digital capabilities and develop a customized roadmap for digital transformation. Through the program, businesses work with an approved Digital Adoption Consultant (DAC) to identify technology gaps, evaluate opportunities for improvement, and create a strategic implementation plan.
The funding can be used to offset consulting costs associated with developing a Digital Modernization and Adoption Plan that supports long-term growth and productivity improvements.

Total eligible consulting costs
Scope and complexity of the digital assessment
Business size and operational requirements
Proposed digital transformation objectives
Applicants are responsible for covering any project costs not reimbursed through the program.

To be eligible, applicants must generally:
Be incorporated federally or provincially
Possess a valid Canadian Business Number (BN)
Operate as a for-profit, privately owned business
Have between 1 and 499 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
Maintain a permanent establishment in Ontario
