Ryan Named One of the Best Places to Work in Illinois for the 15ᵗʰ Year

CHICAGO (May 8, 2026) – Ryan, a leading global tax services and software provider, has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois for the 15^th consecutive year, ranking number one among large employers. The statewide recognition, presented by Daily Herald Suburban Business in partnership with Workforce Research Group, acknowledges organizations that foster strong workplace cultures and positive team member experiences.

The Best Places to Work in Illinois program evaluates participating organizations through a two-part assessment. Twenty percent of the evaluation is based on an employer questionnaire examining workplace policies, practices, and initiatives. The remaining 80 percent is based on an anonymous team member survey measuring factors including workplace satisfaction, trust in leadership, engagement, and communication. The 2026 Best Places to Work in Illinois program recognized 32 companies across the state.
