Dan works closely with corporate tax departments and executive stakeholders to develop practical, technically sound solutions that support compliance, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency.

With more than 30 years of experience in state and local tax consulting, Dan brings extensive leadership experience from Big Four and national advisory environments. He has advised clients across a broad range of industries on complex tax planning, controversy, compliance, and restructuring matters, combining deep technical expertise with a pragmatic and client-focused approach.
