Overview

Ginny B. Kissling is Global President and Chief Operating Officer for Ryan and is based at the Firm’s Plano headquarters. She leads the Firm’s Global Shared Services organization and oversees strategic initiatives that support Ryan’s growth, operational excellence, and long-term business objectives. Ginny partners closely with the Firm’s leadership team to strengthen enterprise performance, drive organizational alignment, and ensure Ryan’s operating model consistently delivers exceptional outcomes for clients and team members.

With a career spanning more than three decades at Ryan, Ginny brings deep institutional knowledge and nationally recognized expertise in state and local taxation. She joined the Firm as its first intern and has held a series of increasingly senior leadership roles, including President of U.S. Operations and President Americas and Chief Operating Officer. A sought-after speaker and trusted industry voice, Ginny has earned multiple honors for executive excellence and women’s leadership. Her approach is defined by operational discipline, collaborative leadership, and a commitment to building a culture grounded in trust, service, and results.
