With more than 25 years of experience in transaction tax consulting and administration, Neil brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by leadership roles in public accounting, consulting, and government. His background includes serving as a sales and use tax auditor with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and leading transaction tax practices within national accounting firms. Neil is actively engaged in the profession through involvement with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
