Rob Foster

Overview

Rob Foster serves as Principal and Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO at Ryan, based in the Firm’s Plano office. In this role, he partners closely with executive leadership to support strategic priorities, operational execution, and enterprise-wide initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and performance across the Firm. Rob also serves on the Executive Board of The Ryan Foundation.

Rob brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in professional services organizations, with a strong focus on scaling operations, talent development, and change management. Rob helps align strategy with execution while fostering high-performing teams and sustainable organizational growth.

Bachelor of Science, Business Administration and Management, The University of Texas at Dallas

Licensed Senior Property Tax Consultant, State of Texas
