DALLAS (July 18, 2024) – Ryan, a leading global tax services and software provider, is pleased to announce that Gil Licudine has joined the Firm as a Principal in Commercial Property Tax, based in Illinois. Licudine will be responsible for leading strategic partnerships with Ryan’s global commercial real estate advisory firm, driving best-in-class business results, and expanding Ryan’s service offerings to clients within the Property Tax practice.

Prior to joining Ryan, Licudine was a senior managing director and national practice leader in property tax. His wealth of industry experience has allowed him to support a variety of clients in all phases of the property tax cycle while managing regional and national portfolios. Licudine’s diligent approach and keen eye for detail have allowed him to save his clients hundreds of millions of dollars across real estate investment trusts, institutional real estate investors, retailers, manufacturers, and banks.
