Justin La Hood is a Principal and Practice Leader for Tax Technology and Transformation at Ryan, based in the Firm’s London office. He leads Ryan’s Technology and Transformation practice across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, advising clients on large-scale tax transformation and technology implementation programs spanning all tax types and jurisdictions.
Justin brings deep expertise in complex, multi-tax transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on financial services organizations and highly regulated global enterprises. He is recognized as a pioneer in the development and implementation of OECD Pillar Two programs, supporting some of the world’s largest multinational companies as they respond to evolving global minimum tax requirements. Known for his strategic mindset and execution-focused leadership, Justin helps organizations modernize tax operating models, strengthen governance, and deliver scalable, future-ready tax technology solutions.
