With more than 20 years of state and local tax experience, Robert brings deep technical expertise with a particular focus on the Texas franchise tax. He has successfully represented taxpayers in high-profile matters before the Texas Court of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court, establishing him as a trusted authority in Texas’ income and franchise tax controversy. In addition to client advocacy, Robert contributes to the profession through published work and frequent speaking engagements, including guest lectures at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School and presentations for professional tax organizations.
