Ryan Awarded 2021 International Service Excellence Award for Customer Service Project of the Year – Customer Impact

DALLAS (Feb. 3, 2022)Ryan, a leading global tax services and software provider, has been awarded the 2021 International Service Excellence Award for Customer Service Project of the Year - Customer Impact by the Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA). This is the eighth time the Firm has been recognized by this organization for its outstanding client service.

The CSIA is the body delegated by the International Council of Customer Service Organizations (ICCSO) to manage the International Service Excellence Awards. The judging criteria is aligned with the International Customer Service Standard (ICSS) and includes reviewing an organization’s culture, processes, procedures, training, hiring practices, and daily actions towards their customers.
