Ryan promotes four new Principals in CanadaTORONTO (Mar. 3, 2020) – Ryan, a leading global tax services and software provider, has promoted four individuals to the leadership role of Principal in the Property Tax practice.

Cherif Belkouche has more than 22 years of experience in real estate, specializing in industrial, institutional, and commercial properties. Based in Ryan’s Montreal office, Mr. Belkouche has vast experience in the assessment of heavy industrial properties such as mines and quarries, pulp and paper mills, cement and ore processing centers, petrochemical complexes, refineries, and manufacturing facilities. He earned a Master of Architecture degree from École Polytechnique d’architecture et d’urbanisme, has a Certificate in Urban Development & Real Estate Valuation from Institute Grasset, and is an executive member of the Canadian Property Tax Association.

Timothy Dinh is based in Ryan’s Toronto office and specializes in driving client value in business tax recovery and efficiencies through proprietary software solutions. He is a frequent speaker on various tax technology topics, sharing thought leadership and best practices across the tax industry. Mr. Dinh earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with honors in management economics in industry and finance from the University of Guelph and business process management certification from the University of Toronto. He is also professionally affiliated with the Canadian Property Tax Association and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.

Sean Shore is based in Ryan’s Calgary office and specializes in providing property tax mitigation, compliance reporting, project management, and forecasting strategy implementation. Mr. Shore lectures on various tax topics for Ryan clients and has served as a speaker for the University of Calgary Leadership Program. He is professionally affiliated with the Project Management Institute and the Canadian Property Tax Association and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting from the University of Calgary.

Kimberly van Vliet is based in Ryan’s Toronto office and specializes in providing property tax consulting services for commercial, industrial, and multiresidential property types. Ms. van Vliet is professionally affiliated with CREW Toronto on the Outreach and Giving Committee and the Institute of Municipal Assessors. She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from the University of Toronto, and a paralegal license from the Law Society of Ontario.
