Jennifer is responsible for handling Ryan’s Center of Excellence division to include the design and execution of governance framework and adoption of issues management with keen focus on driving projects and process improvement efforts to improve operational efficiency, along with quality sustainable oversight.
Jennifer has more than 15 years of progressively experienced quality and process control leadership. She employs best practices within the industry to ensure efficient processes, performance profit, and outcome objective, saving organizations time and money. In addition to being American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Auditor, Jennifer is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 Lead Auditor, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v2 certified.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Phoenix and graduated with Honors.
