Amir is responsible for Onex Partners’ efforts in the Business Services sector. Since joining Onex, Amir has worked on Onex Partners' investments in Ryan LLC, SMG, Clarivate Analytics, Emerald Expositions, Advanced Integration Technology and BBAM.
Amir currently serves on the boards of Ryan LLC, SMG, Clarivate Analytics and Emerald Expositions, and previously served on the board of BBAM.
Prior to joining Onex, Amir was with the Investment Banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York. While there, he was involved in M&A and financing assignments for major corporations in the natural resource industries.
Amir holds a B.A., Economics (Great Distinction) and a B. Comm., Finance (Great Distinction) from McGill University.
