Ryan Awarded 2020 International Service Excellence Award

DALLAS (Jan. 27, 2021)Ryan, a leading global tax services and software provider, has been awarded the 2020 International Service Excellence Award in the Customer Service Organization of the Year – Large category by the Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA). Additionally, G. Brint Ryan, Ryan Chairman and CEO, has been named Customer Service CEO of the Year.

The CSIA is the body delegated by the International Council of Customer Service Organizations (ICCSO) to manage the International Service Excellence Awards. These awards are recognized as one of the premier client service honors bestowed on companies and individuals across the globe. Organizations and individuals that excel in service excellence take part in various categories to earn recognition for their commitment to exceptional service experiences.
