DALLAS (April 17, 2025) - Ryan, a leading global tax services and software provider, is pleased to announce six leadership promotions within U.S. Operations following the Firm’s Annual Firm Meeting (AFM) and the continued growth of its Property Tax practice, fueled by a merger at the start of 2025.
These promotions include a new Practice Leader to spearhead the Personal Property Tax practice, along with a newly appointed Vice Practice Leader. In Real Property Tax, a Vice Practice Leader and two Regional Leaders have stepped into expanded leadership roles. Additionally, a new Vice Practice Leader is named within the Credits and Incentives practice.

Personal Property Tax
Corinne Krikstan – Practice Leader, Personal Property Tax
- Based in Hunt Valley, Maryland, Corinne has 29 years of experience in various leadership roles in state and local tax, most recently having led Altus Group’s $85 million U.S. tax practice and numerous successful integrations. She began her career in personal property tax, rising to partner at SC&H State & Local Tax Services. She continued leading the combined personal property tax teams of SC&H and Altus Group when acquired in December 2014. In 2018, Corinne was appointed to lead U.S. Tax Operations and Technology prior to assuming the U.S. leadership role in 2022. Corinne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration degree from Stevenson University, a Certificate in State and Local Tax from Lubar College of Business, and the CMI Property Tax designation from the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. In this new position, Corinne will focus on structuring the team for optimal growth, scale, and knowledge sharing.
Patrick (Pat) Broome – Vice Practice Leader, Personal Property Tax – Consulting
- Based in Hunt Valley, Maryland, Pat has 30 years of real and personal property tax consulting and compliance experience, specializing in retail, healthcare, and specialty use properties. Pat most recently served as the leader of Altus Group’s personal property tax practice growing the personal property tax practice from $12 to $27 million. He holds a CMI designation from the Institute for Professionals in Taxation and has a Master of Science degree in real estate from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University. Pat will be focused on honing the high-growth area of consulting within the Property Tax practice.
- Pat will lead the consulting area of Personal Property Tax in tandem with Rob Foster who has led as Vice Practice Leader, Personal Property Tax since 2024. Rob leads the compliance area of Personal Property Tax.
Real Property Tax
Brad Wallace – Vice Practice Leader, Real Property Tax
- Located in Atlanta, Georgia, Brad has more than three decades of experience in property tax, joining Ryan as a principal in 2013 and then Southeast Regional Leader overseeing six offices and 100 team members. With a deep expertise in all things commercial real estate related, from property tax appeals, compliance, and acquisition analysis, Brad’s overall portfolio management is extensive. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia. As he assumes his advanced role, he is particularly looking forward to working with the broader national real property team of 600 experts in 42 offices.
Zachary Fleming – Property Tax Southwest Region Leader
- Located in San Antonio, Texas, Zach specializes in providing property tax solutions for commercial real estate (CRE) clients of all property types and oversees golf course property tax appeals nationally. He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. In his new role, Zach will support Ryan’s talented group of professionals in the Southwest region with a focus on culture, collaboration, training, and client-focused work to ensure exceptional results and value for CRE clients.
Suzanne Markley – Property Tax Southeast Region Leader
- Located in Atlanta, Georgia, Suzanne specializes in commercial real estate (CRE) across the Southeast region and carries extensive knowledge in the management of national property tax engagements. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia and Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. In her new role, Suzanne will empower Ryan’s exceptional team to continue delivering impactful and meaningful work to clients in CRE.
Credits and Incentives
Melissa Muñoz – Vice Practice Leader, Credits and Incentives
- Located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Melissa specializes in credits and incentives and has deep expertise in multistate analysis and large-scale incentive negotiations. Her commitment and passion have earned her Ryan’s coveted Innovatus Award in 2019, and she is one of only 31 professionals nationwide to hold the prestigious CCIP, Certified Credits and Incentives certification. She is a graduate of the University of New Mexico. In her new role, Melissa will co-lead the Firm’s 150 Credits and Incentives professionals to drive innovation for clients.
