Ryan Announces New Principals

PLANO (September 11, 2026) – Ryan, a leading global tax services and software provider, is pleased to announce seven new Principals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, a strong commitment to client service, and deep expertise throughout their careers with the Firm. Below, each Principal is listed by practice area.

Real Property Tax

Tony DiNoto

  • Based in Ryan’s Denver, Colorado office, Tony has more than 16 years of experience advising clients on complex real property tax matters. He specializes in valuation and appeal strategies for commercial real estate throughout California, with particular expertise in Los Angeles County and across hospitality, office, industrial, and life sciences properties. Tony holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is a Certified Member of the Institute (CMI) of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT).

Sales and Use Tax

Ingo Rumohr

  • Based in Ryan’s Houston, Texas office, Ingo has nearly two decades of experience advising clients on complex transaction tax matters. He specializes in audit defense, tax recovery, managed compliance services, tax planning, and tax automation, with extensive experience supporting clients in the energy, manufacturing, and construction industries. Ingo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from Angelo State University and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Member of the Institute (CMI) of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT).

Severance Tax and Royalty

Huda Alsheikh

  • Based in Ryan’s Houston, Texas office, Huda has more than 13 years of experience advising upstream oil and gas companies on complex federal royalty matters. She specializes in offshore and onshore federal royalty allowance reviews, royalty recovery opportunities, Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) audits and compliance, and federal royalty reporting. Huda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston.

Amanda Bernhard

  • Based in Ryan’s Houston, Texas office, Amanda has more than 16 years of experience advising upstream oil and gas producers on complex severance tax and royalty matters. She specializes in retrospective and prospective Texas marketing cost deduction engagements, helping clients identify recovery opportunities, address compliance considerations, and navigate audit matters. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Abandoned and Unclaimed Property

Justin Boroch

  • Based in Ryan’s Pennsylvania office, Justin has more than 25 years of professional client service experience, including more than 17 years specializing in abandoned and unclaimed property. He advises clients across a range of industries on unclaimed property risk assessments, exposure quantifications, statistical analysis, multistate audits, and voluntary disclosure projects. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Emory University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in Pennsylvania. He is also an active member and volunteer with the Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization (UPPO).

Michael Camden

  • Based in Ryan’s Austin, Texas office, Michael has more than 16 years of experience advising clients on location strategy, incentive negotiations, and economic development opportunities tied to capital investment and job creation projects. He has supported projects across industries including advanced manufacturing, energy, healthcare, semiconductors, data centers, and commercial real estate. Michael holds accounting degrees from Louisiana State University and Texas State University and is a Texas-licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Credits and Incentives Professional (CCIP).

Employment Tax

Billy Graves

  • Based in Ryan’s St. Petersburg, Florida office, Billy has more than 13 years of experience advising clients on employment tax recovery and consulting opportunities. He specializes in helping employers navigate complex employment tax matters arising from mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructurings, and multistate operations, while identifying opportunities to maximize tax savings. Billy holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Flagler College.
