From West Forsyth Street, enter on the right-hand side of the Bank of America Customer Parking. Upon arrival, parkers are prompted to text to enter, scan the QR code, or dial the gate. After selecting an option, the gate will open, and the parker receives a welcome text along with a link. The parking session begins, and the next option will prompt payment information.
