British Columbia has recently revised this bulletin to reflect the upcoming changes to the application of social service tax to real property contracts, which will be in effect for contracts entered intoon or after October 1, 2008. In addition, details are included on the exemption available for chemical substances, catalysts and direct agents used to produce or modify a physical or chemical reaction as part of the processing or manufacture of a product.
