The province has recently issued this notice to inform motor vehicle dealers of the 2008 and 2009 fuel efficient and alternative fuel vehicles that qualify for a PST reduction. For 2009, the list of qualifying vehicles is subject to revision pending verification of fuel consumption figures by Transport Canada and Natural Resources Canada.
