Manitoba has issued this notice to explain a change intax return due date policy. Gasoline, motive fuel, and tobacco tax returns are required to be filed on or before the 20th day of the month following the reporting period. However, effective February 1, 2008, when the due date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the due date is the following business day.
