Following the implementation of the GST rate decrease to 5% from 6%that took effect on January 1, 2008, Prince Edward Island has updated many of its publications to reflect the new rate of GST. Currently, the province has updated the following guides in the Revenue Tax Guide (“RTG”) series: 102; 117; 119; 123; 125; 131 and 158.
