This bulletin issued by Manitoba to help taxpayers determine if they are required to be registered as a vendor under The Retail Sales Tax Act and to understand a vendor’s obligations to collect and remit the Retail Sales Tax has been updated to reflect the fact that registration and many filing requirements can now be performed online using Manitoba’s TAXcess service.
