Nova Scotia has issued this bulletin to advise bulk vendors that there will be a change to the eligibility status for the “Your Energy Rebate” for some properties as of October 14, 2008. Some properties that previously received the 8% rebate at the point of sale will now be required to submit an application for the rebate. Only properties with a 100% residential taxable status will qualify to receive the rebate at the time of fuel delivery.
