Quebec has recently revised this brochure which contains information regarding the various tax measures available to persons with disabilities. The first section of the brochure provides a brief description of the deductions and tax credits that may be claimed in respect of persons with disabilities. The second part contains a list of the property and services that are exempt from QST and GST when supplied to persons with disabilities.
