Manitoba has issued this bulletin to highlight the taxation changes that were announced by Manitoba Finance Minister Greg Selinger in the 2009 Manitoba Budget, tabled on March 25, 2009. In addition to Income Tax changes, the budget includes commodity tax changes for Retail Sales Tax, Gasoline and Motive Fuel Taxes and Tobacco Tax.
