The Canada Revenue Agency has issued this notice which provides questions and answers that reflect the proposed harmonized sales tax in Ontario as announced in the 2009 Ontario Budget and the transitional rules for housing and other real property located in Ontario, as announced in Information Notice No. 2, issued by the Government of Ontario in June, 2009.
