British Columbia Bulletin SST105, “Motor Vehicle Parking”

The province of British Columbia has revised this bulletin to clarify how parking tax is calculated when both GST and parking tax are included in the purchase price of parking rights sold through ticket vending machines.   The bulletin also notes that the parking tax is subject to GST, effective January 1, 2010.
