Finances Québec, Information Bulletin 2010-1

On January 18, 2010, Finances Québec announced the automobile expense deduction limits and the prescribed rates for automobile operating expense benefits that will apply for the 2010 taxation year.  The limits and rates are consistent with the rates issued by the federal Department of Finance on December 31, 2009 and remain unchanged from the rates put in place for 2009.  For further details on the federal rates and limits please refer to 2010 Federal Automobile Limits.
