Manitoba has issued this bulletin to highlight the taxation changes that were announced by Manitoba Finance Minister Rosann Wowchuk in the 2010 Manitoba Budget, tabled on March 23, 2010. In addition to Income Tax changes, the budget includes commodity tax changes for Retail Sales Tax, Gasoline and Motive Fuel Taxes and Tobacco Tax.
