British Columbia has revised this bulletin to provide information on how to calculate and claim refunds of tax or security paid or remitted on sales written off as bad debts under the following legislation: Motor Fuel Tax Act; Carbon Tax Act; Tobacco Tax Act; Social Service Tax Act; and Hotel Room Tax Act.
