Carbon Tax Relief Grant for Greenhouses in British Columbia 

The deadline for the Greenhouse Carbon Tax Relief Grant available to commercial greenhouses located in British Columbia is May 19, 2014. 

Up to 80% of the carbon tax paid by commercial greenhouse growers on the natural gas and propane used for greenhouse heating and CO2 production can be recovered through this grant. Commercial vegetable and floriculture producers, wholesale nurseries, and forest seedling nurseries are all eligible to apply. All applications are expected to be processed by October 2014.
