British Columbia Issues Bill 13

British Columbia has issued Bill 13, “Finance Statutes Amendment Act”, which amends various tax-related statutes, including the Carbon Tax Act, Financial Administration Act, Mineral Tax Act, Motor Fuel Tax Act, Provincial Sales Tax Act, Real Estate Services Act and the Tobacco Tax Act.  It also includes transitional provisions for the Income Tax Act.

The document outlines repealed sections, revisions and amendments, and various clarifications that were made to each of the Acts.
