British Columbia Issues Updated Bulletin on Motor Vehicles

British Columbia Bulletin PST 116, “Motor Vehicle Dealers and Leasing Companies”, has been revised to address purchases by First Nations customers.  The bulletin includes examples of documentation that the government considers sufficient to support the PST exemption for vehicles purchased by First Nations individuals or bands.
