British Columbia Updates Bulletin on Goods Brought into the Province

British Columbia has updated Bulletin PST 310, “Goods Brought Into BC” which outlines how PST applies to goods that are imported into the province.

The bulletin was revised to clarify that PST applies to delivery charges for goods purchased outside of British Columbia and delivered into the province, unless an exemption, such as the resale exemption, applies.
