Prince Edward Island Releases Carbon Levy Information

Prince Edward Island Finance has released information regarding its “Made-in-PEI” carbon pricing plan, which can be found at PEI Carbon Levy. Effective April 1, 2019, the province will administer a carbon levy for consumers, and the federally administered output-based carbon pricing system will apply to large emitters.
