British Columbia Updates Information on Medical Supplies and Equipment

British Columbia has updated Provincial Sales Tax (PST) Bulletin PST 207, “Medical Supplies and Equipment” to clarify how PST applies to certain items that contain cannabis products. PST is applicable to drugs and vaccines containing cannabis products unless the drugs are listed in Schedule I or IA of the Drug Schedules Regulation. This Bulletin also has updated lists of examples for both taxable and exempt goods.
