Saskatchewan Electronic Filing Due Date Changes

Saskatchewan has announced that effective April 1, 2020, electronic filing of remittances and returns for provincial sales tax, the beverage container program, and liquor consumption tax will be due on the last day of the month following the reporting period.  For example, the April 2020 return will be due May 31, 2020, for electronic filers, with paper returns for April 2020 continuing to be due May 20, 2020.  The province also released new annual tax thresholds regarding filing frequency for these remittances.
