Alberta recently revised this circular that has been issued to assist taxpayers in understanding who qualifies as a fuel seller and what a fuel sellers responsibilities are under the Act. This circular provides important information to fuel sellers since the term is not defined in the Fuel Tax Act or its Regulations.
