Ontario Employer Health Tax Bulletin, “Annual Filing Requirements”

The province has issued this bulletin as a guide for use by employers. The bulletin summarizes who is required to pay Employer Health Tax (“EHT”), the qualifications for exemption and the frequency of required instalments. The bulletin also references other publications which provide further details on EHT.
