“GST/HST Administration Checklist – A self assessment tool for the management of GST/HST Administration”, “Goods and Services Tax and Harmonized Sales Tax (GST/HST) Administration – A Better Practice Guide for the Management

The Canada Revenue Agency has revised these guides for minor formatting changes. These guides have been prepared to assist large and medium sized Municipalities, Universities, Schools and Hospitals (MUSH) in evaluating the management of their GST/HST administration. All organizations may benefit from reviewing these tools to help improve their GST/HST administration practices.
