British Columbia Updates Bulletin on Sales and Leases to Governments

British Columbia has revised Bulletin CTB 002, “Sales and Leases to Governments” to add provincial governments aside from those in British Columbia are exempt from PST, carbon tax, motor fuel tax, MRDT, and tobacco tax.  In addition, the bulletin was updated to add Tla’amin (Sliammon) First Nation as a First Nation government that has a treaty with Canada and British Columbia.
