Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer
Based in Ryan’s Dallas headquarters, Amy Tice brings a wealth of experience leading comprehensive total rewards programs, team member review processes, and other human resources (HR)-related programs.
Prior to joining Ryan, Amy served as Vice President, Total Rewards, for an international fast food restaurant chain. In the role, she was responsible for overseeing benefits and wellness, compensation, and HR Workday systems.
Amy also worked for nearly 10 years at a publicly traded online retailer in several roles focused on compensation, retirement plans, and HR analytics, compliance, and support. She led multiple HR system integrations and upgrade initiatives, supported all compensation needs for the Board of Directors, developed and implemented short- and long-term compensation plans, managed the 401(k) program, and designed, administered, and analyzed incentive plans across three different business units.
Amy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Dallas Baptist University.
