Tax Development Apr 08, 2021
Tax Development Apr 08, 2021
On Wednesday, March 31, 2021, the Williamson County, Texas assessor posted commercial real property values. Despite the reductions in income and occupancy many businesses experienced during the pandemic, the commercial values increased across most property types.
These increases will be a challenge for many businesses exploring options to keep cash on hand and recover from 2020.
Taxpayers are encouraged to reach out to our local team with questions or to explore how we can assist. The appeal deadline is May 17, 2021, and the experts at Ryan can help with management and mitigation strategies for real property taxes for this year and recommend proactive strategies for future reassessments.
