Dallas, Texas -- Ryan & Company, America’s largest independent state & local tax consulting firm, today announced that it has acquired CertiSoft Solutions, LLC, a provider of comprehensive, web-based tax certificate management software products, including CertiSoft CM and CM Pro. The company, based in Houston, Texas, will be integrated into Ryan & Company’s Tax Technology business.
Ryan & Company will offer the CertiSoft Solutions’ product suite to clients that require an efficient, cost-effective workflow solution to manage large volumes of tax and select accounts payable certificates. Janet Spann, former CertiSoft Solutions’ officer and product manager, has joined Ryan & Company as Senior Manager, Tax Technology, in the Firm’s Houston office and will continue to manage the CertiSoft Solutions’ product suite for Ryan & Company.
